• Higher education (marketing/technical);
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (oral and written);
• Work experience or basic understanding of B2B marketing in the IT sector (servers, storage systems, network equipment, software, etc.);
• Understanding the basics of lead generation (online/offline);
• Knowledge of digital tools;
• Knowledge of the principles of working with international vendors (Dell, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, Fortinet, etc.) in accordance with global marketing guidelines;
• Skills in working with marketing budgets, co-financing and preparing reporting documentation (proof of performance);
• Understanding the principles of channel marketing: interaction with resellers, integrators, distributors;
• Experience in coordinating activities with vendors/partners (writing and submitting marketing plans, justifying costs, reporting).
Responsibilities:
• Communication with the vendor and internal teams (product managers), coordinating marketing plans and budgets;
• Preparation, localization and adaptation of marketing materials;
• Development, sending and analysis of email campaigns;
• Organization of events, exhibitions, webinars (offline/online: Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, YouTube);
• Preparation of periodic reports on the results of activities;
• Coordination of marketing activities according to vendor programs and preparation of reports (acts, photos, presentations, confirmation of payments);
• Maintaining a marketing calendar of activities for several brands simultaneously.
