• Higher education; • 1+ year of work experience in personnel records management; • Experience in military records management at an enterprise (would be an asset); • Fluency in Ukrainian, both spoken and written; • Experience in working with large volumes of information; • High level of self-discipline, self-reliance and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the full cycle of personnel records management (hiring, transfer, dismissal, vacations, etc.); • Maintaining and archiving employee personal files; • Filling out, maintaining, recording and storing work books; • Performing accounting functions in BAF; • Managing military records for conscripts and persons liable for military service; • Interaction with Territorial Recruitment Centers and Social Support Centers (TRC and SPC); • Preparing and submitting reports in accordance with requirements; • Reserving employees liable for military service for the enterprise; • Checking military registration documents upon employment; • Preparing notifications for the TRC and SPC regarding changes in the registration data of employees (hiring, transfer, dismissal, changes in marital status); • Processing necessary documents for registration and reservation of employees.
