Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics (Accounting and Audit, Enterprise Economics, Finance); • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in a medium or large business; • Advanced knowledge of 1C8; • Proficient in MS Excel; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Russian, Ukrainian, English); • Ability to work with large volumes of information; • Strong analytical thinking skills; • Experience in IT companies (would be an asset); • Ability to quickly and efficiently find and organize necessary information; • Commitment to continuous self-development; • Knowledge of accounting principles; • Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the marketing department’s activities;
• Communication with the finance department, marketing department, and legal department;
• Ensuring adherence to and improvement of company business processes;
• Approval of payments and creation of payment requests;
• Approval of payments according to business processes, preparation of payment registers, control of execution;
• Monitoring timely payments to suppliers and contractors;
• Managing foreign currency payments (preparing documents for bank control);
• Analyzing balances on the settlement accounts of representative offices;
• Planning and forecasting cash flows in the company’s representative offices. Maintaining a payment calendar;
• Preparing internal financial reports in accordance with company standards (Cash Flow);
• Contract coordination and invoice creation;
• Preparing information and communication with the outsourced accounting team;
• Participation in annual audits and preparation of information at auditors’ request;
• Coordinating the work of outsourced accountants;
• Reconciling accounts with customers and suppliers;
• Working with large datasets in 1C and Excel, including pivot tables;
• Conducting analytical studies comparing planned/forecasted and actual indicators across all aspects of the company's operations;
• Organizing and effectively managing the company’s cash flows;
• Preparing and consolidating cash flow budgets, managing budget deficits.
