Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• 5+ years of work experience in a similar position in the field of IT;
• Excellent understanding of the IT market, including competitors, vendors, technologies and alternatives;
• Ability to sell, understand basic commercial documents (contracts, invoices, acceptance and transfer certificates, etc.), knowledge of the terms of commercial activity;
• Good knowledge of PC, MS Office programs;
• High level of command of the Ukrainian language, preferably knowledge of the English language at Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• Sales planning and management, implementation of the Company's sales plan;
• Development of relations with partners;
• Sales team management (control, motivation, training);
• Reforming sales departments depending on the needs of the Company;
• Control of orders, contracts, project management;
• Market analysis;
• Participation in the Company's marketing activities;
• Searching for new opportunities for successful development of the company in the market.

• Purposefulness, the ability to set and achieve goals;
• Grounded confidence in one's actions and the ability to motivate and direct subordinates;
• Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, stress resistance.
