Business Development Manager of Training Center, Uzbekistan

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Telephone sales skills,
• Ability to conduct complex negotiations;
• Work experience in IT market, preferably in consulting and training for at least 3 years;
• Ability to work with MS Office, CRM skills;
• Knowledge of CRM, NetSuite, SalesForce systems would be an asset;
• Knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure virtualization, information security, ITIL, ITSM;
• Competent written English.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients (mailings, phone conversations);
• Client consultations;
• Search for clients in Uzbekistan and CIS countries;
• Work with local offices of vendors for which we have training authorizations, holding joint events;
• Fulfillment of sales plans for Uzbekistan;
• Control of group enrollment and its formation;
• Organization and control of the educational process;
• Conclusion of contracts with contractors;
• Participation in marketing activities of the trade office, which are held in Uzbekistan;
• Completing accounting documents;
• Filling and maintenance of the local part of the training center’s website;
• Working with local media.
