A whole range of UPS product lines has been updated. This applies to the SRTG, BX-MI, Easy UPS SRV, Smart-UPS Ultra, Smart-UPS On-Line SRTL and SRVL series.

The SRTG series adds four more models with 5, 6, 8 and 10 kVA to the existing two 15 and 20 kVA UPSs. Key features of new products:

• High output power factor of 1.0;
• Ability to connect to four additional external batteries. All models use the SRTG192XLBP4 external battery;
• Managed groups of outlets and a terminal support;
• Universal Rack/Tower case. One SRTGRK1 kit is required for rack-mounting the 5kVA and 6kVA UPS units;
• Connection configuration for 5-10 kVA models is 1 phase input/1 phase output;
• Pre-installed AP9641 network card;
• Sufficiently compact size: 4U for 5 and 6 kVA models, 5U for 8 and 10 kVA models;
• 3 years warranty on the UPS, 2 years on the battery.

The BX-MI lineup has been expanded with the Back-UPS BX500MI, which will replace the old BX500CI UPS. The line now includes models with a power range of 500 to 2000 VA: BX500MI, BX750MI, BX950MI, BX1200MI, BX1600MI, BX2200MI.

The Easy UPS SRV line now includes two new 5 kVA rack-mount-only models.

The first unit SRV5KRIRK APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV 5000VA RM 230V consists of two separate cases: the power section SRVPM5KRI and the battery pack SRV192RBP-7A, as well as the rack mount rail kit SRVRK1+SRVRK2.

Key features of UPSs:

• Output power factor of 1.0;
• Load connection — terminal block only;
• No additional batteries can be connected;
• Communication boards are available as options (APV9601, VGL9901I, SRVSMB001);
• 2-year warranty.

The second new model, RV5KRILRK APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV 5000VA RM 230V, also includes the power section SRVPM5KRIL and the battery pack SRV240RLBP-9A as well as the rack mount rail kit SRVRK1+SRVRK2.

Key features of the model:

• Output power factor of 1.0;
• Load connection — terminal block only;
• External battery connectivity — up to four SRV240RLBP-9A units in addition to one unit in the standard kit (five in total);
• Communication boards are available as options (APV9601, VGL9901I, SRVSMB001);
• 2-year warranty.

The Smart-UPS Ultra series has been expanded with the SRTL5KRM2UI UPS with 5 kW capacity. The new product has a unique power density: 5 kVA/5 kW in a 2U form factor case with an integrated battery.

Key features of the model:

• Ultra-compact Rack/Tower case: 5 kVA/5 kW in 2U case, it's weight is 27 kg;
• Built-in, replaceable Li-ion battery designed for the entire service life of the UPS;
• Possibility to connect up to ten additional external batteries;
• Built-in network interface (it is important to note that there is no SmartSlot, adding another card is not possible);
• Possibility to connect one T/TH sensor or "dry contact" unit (a temperature sensor is supplied with the UPS);
• Efficiency in double conversion mode up to 95%;
• LCD with touch control buttons and a color indication of the UPS status;
• 5-year warranty, including the battery.

The SRVL line has been expanded with the Easy UPS On-Line model with lithium-ion batteries and three power ratings: 1, 2 and 3 kVA. Key features of the new UPSs:

• Initial power factor of 0.9;
• Universal Rack/Tower design; 2U power section and 2U battery module;
• Long-life Li-ion batteries ensure sufficiently large battery life;
• Possibility to connect three battery modules (one supplied with the UPS and two optional);
• Compatible with PowerChute Business Edition software;
• Extended battery life;
• 3-year warranty on the UPS, 5-year warranty on the battery.

APC also released the XBP48RM2U-LI high-capacity external Li-ion battery pack, which is compatible with 1/1.5/2.2/3kVA SRTL series UPSs. Compared to the existing 1U battery pack, the new product has the same mounting depth (521mm), double weight (27kg) and height (2U), and four times the capacity (50Ah).

Up to two new battery packs can be connected to the 1 and 1.5 kVA UPSs, and up to three new battery packs can be connected to the 2.2 and 3 kVA UPSs. Also, existing 1U and new 2U batteries can be connected simultaneously in any order, if required. In addition to the battery pack itself, there are new UPS items supplied with the new batteries. At the same time, models with 1U battery packs are still available.
