• Secondary School or higher education;
• English: medium or higher;
• Able to work independently;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT distribution, retail sales, product management, or channel management;
• Proven experience in working with large retail and e-tail customers;
• Strong understanding of procurement planning and inventory management;
• Experience in pricing strategy development and market analysis;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with sales and inventory reports;
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills;
• Experience working with vendors, distributors, and retail partners;
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
Responsibilities:
• Development and maintenance of business relations with key retail and e-tail partners;
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets;
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and propose corrective actions when needed;
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage;
• Continuously monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends;
• Preparation of offers, commercial terms and negotiations with customers;
• Prepare sales forecasts and demand planning recommendations;
• Coordination of marketing and promotional activities with partners;
• Coordinate product availability and inventory replenishment;
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables.
