Requirements:
• Higher education
• 2 years experience working in a similar position
• Knowledge of methods of active recruitment (direct search)
• Experience in recruiting IT staff is desirable
• English - not lower than intermediate level
• Ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of a full cycle of recruiting for vacancies of different levels (by country: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan)
• Organization and conduct of interviews, testing, verification of candidates, collection of recommendations, preparation of offers
• Organization of adaptation of new employees
• Monitoring the passage of the probationary period by employees
• Formation of internal reporting
• HR records management
• 100% participation in various HR projects and tasks
