• Higher education;
• 5+ years of work experience in a similar position (experience working in IT distribution companies would be an asset)
• Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent; Uzbek – conversational, English – intermediate level or above;
• Successful experience in the development of IT product vendors in conditions of increased competition;
• Experience in managing a sales department with full responsibility for the financial results of the department;
• Excellent knowledge of sales theory;
• Knowledge of IT market of competitors and vendors, technologies and alternatives;
• Established contacts with partners/customers in the industry and/or own customer base;
• Advanced knowledge of PC, office programs and 1C;
• Skills in drawing up basic commercial documents (contracts, invoices, invoices, transfer and acceptance acts, etc.), knowledge of the conditions;
• Experience in the formation and implementation of a development strategy for the company’s directions;
• Successful experience of interaction with large companies, key players in the market (including the public sector).
Responsibilities:
• Increase in sales;

• Formation of a strategy for the development of the company’s directions;
• Accounting and conducting transactions in CRM, reporting on them;
• Control and coordination of the implementation of plans of the company’s entrusted vendors;
• Organization and participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events to promote the products of the company's entrusted vendors (marketing, online and offline events);
• Cooperation with local office staff, management of the company’s commercial department;
• Participation in planning and organizing marketing activities;
• Business development;
• Monitoring market conditions and participating in the formation of the company’s local strategy;
• Searching for new opportunities for the successful development of the Company in the market;
• Monitoring and analysis of the market, analysis of the state and trends in customer demand, studying the needs of customers (clients/partners);
• Monitoring of local projects/tenders, promotion of products of the company’s vendors within the framework of projects/tenders;
• Formation of product lines of the local warehouse within the entrusted vendors, providing conditions for the sale of goods from the warehouse, incl. through a B2B portal.
