• Higher education;
• Knowledge of English - level B1 and above;
• 5+ years in logistics or order processing;
• Experience in team management;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of foreign trade;
• Knowledge of document management for international cargo transportation;
• Ability to multitask;
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
Responsibilities:
• Organization and control of the entire process of placing orders;
• Ensuring timely order processing;
• Verifying data accuracy during order placement;
• Compliance with internal procedures;
• Coordination of interaction between departments;
• Prompt resolution of emerging issues.
