• Higher education; • 3+ years of work experience as a Director, Deputy Director in IT sector; • Knowledge of the local corporate IT market (integrators, end customers); • General understanding of the operation of IT equipment and application software; • Knowledge of the basics of international business (taxes, logistics, contracts); • Knowledge of the basics of local legislation in the field of sales and personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Sale and margin generation; • Performing sales plan; • Participation in the management of the company's sales strategy; • Participation in pricing policy and price policy; • Work with the existing and potential partner base; • Monitoring of competitors (distributors, vendors); • Fulfillment of the company's plan for net profit; • Maintaining order in the organizational documents of the company (constituent documents, filling the statutory funds); • Development, accounting and maintenance of motivation, control of senior staff; • Organization and control of annual audits; • Control of conformity of the documentation to the legislation; • Building a system of control and motivation of the office; • Participation in the selection of personnel; • Participation in planning and organization of marketing activities; • Formation of sales plans in the assigned region and their implementation; • Business development in the assigned region; • Search and development of partner database; • Communication with key customers, partners; • Market monitoring and formation of a local strategy; • Search for new opportunities for the successful development of the Company in the market.
