• Higher education/incomplete higher education;
• 6+ months of technical support experience (1-2 lines);
• Ability to diagnose and resolve user incidents (software, printers, email, network);
• Software installation, configuration, and update skills;
• Experience with ticketing systems (GLPI, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, antivirus solutions, and security policies;
• Remote administration experience (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
Responsibilities:
• Consulting employees on corporate systems and services;
• Ensuring the correct operation of peripheral devices (printers, scanners, cameras, headsets, etc.);
• Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and application software;
• Configuring user workstations, connecting to the domain, network resources, printers, and Wi-Fi;
• Configuring and maintaining remote access tools (VPN, RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer);
• Monitoring antivirus protection and updates on workstations;
• Installing, connecting, and rebooting network and server equipment;
• Installing LAN, video surveillance, and other equipment at company locations.
