Responsibilities:
• Organizing the profitable operation of the enterprise;
• Managing the production, business, and financial activities of the enterprise in accordance with current legislation;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of all obligations to founders, suppliers, customers, and creditors, including banking institutions, as well as business and employment contracts;
• Taking measures to ensure the organization has qualified personnel;
• Organizing the work and effective interaction of the enterprise's structural divisions;
• Ensuring:
The legality, timeliness, and accuracy of document execution;
The correct calculation and transfer of taxes and fees to the budget, insurance contributions to social funds, and payments to banking institutions;
The timely repayment of debts to banks and suppliers;
The timely organization and monitoring of annual audits;
The conduct of inventories of fixed assets, inventory items, and cash.
