Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably technical);
• Work experience as a Manager, Deputy Manager, at least 3 years;
• Knowledge and experience in management, negotiations, business theory and practice, sales experience;
• Knowledge of IT products, knowledge of IT market;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Ability to find decision makers;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting;
• Basic knowledge in the field of administrative and fiscal legislation;
• Experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Fulfillment of the company's plan for net profit;
• Tracking the order in the organizational documents of the company (constituent documents, filling the statutory funds);
• Development, accounting and implantation of motivation, control of senior staff;
• Organization and control of annual audits;
• Control of conformity of the documentation to the legislation;
• Building a system of control and motivation of the office;
• Participation in employee recruitment;
• Participation in planning and organization of marketing activities;
• Formation of sales plans in the assigned region and their implementation;
• Business development in the assigned region;
• Search and expand of partner base;
• Communication with key customers, partners;
• Market monitoring and formation of a local strategy;
• Search for new opportunities for the successful development of the Company in the market.
