Cisco Partner Relationship Manager

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferably in the field of telecommunications);
• 2+ years of work experience;
• General knowledge of Cisco product portfolio and local IT market;
• Understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of other competitive vendors would be an asset;
• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales;
• Experience as a Channel manager would be an asset;
• Good communication skills, good presentation holding skills / handle objection skills;
• Willingness to work toward a result, quickly overcome obstacles and achieve goals;
• Ability to convince and get people interested, promote ideas;
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel at the level of a confident user.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive assistance to partners in developing sales and increasing business profitability with Cisco, building partnership relations;
• Study of partner programs, statuses and partner tools of Cisco;
• Informing partners about the benefits of status upgrading and development of specializations, helping partners in obtaining them;
• Increasing awareness of partners and sales managers about tools, programs and promotions from MUK and Cisco, constant updating of this information;
• Personal informing of individual partners about promotions, partnership programs and other tools that increase interest in business with MUK and Cisco, holding meetings and presentations, proactive work to improve their loyalty and increase sales of Cisco products and services;
• Informing partners about the principles of doing business with MUK and Cisco and removing obstacles in the development of cooperation;
• Search for potential partners, assistance in registration and development of joint work with Cisco;
• Maintaining a partner base and initiating mailings with news/useful information on Cisco;
• Assistance to partners in working with Cisco tools, training, cases opening;
• Interaction with the Cisco Representative Office, synchronization with Cisco Channel-team;
• Analysis of partner activity using Partner Journey and Customer Journey tools;
• Participation in planning and conducting marketing activities aimed at developing the sales channel, interacting with the Representative Office, sales department, product manager, engineers;
• Participation as a speaker on relevant topics in seminars/webinars;
• Drawing up commercial offers for simple projects, pricing and SMB-projects management;
• Passing the required exams to obtain Cisco Distributor Accreditations.
