Requirements:
• Higher education;

• Competent oral and written speech (Russian, English);

• Direct participation in projects/sales from $500 thousand;
Responsibilities:
• Participation in the management of the company's sales strategy;
• Participation in pricing policy and price policy;
• Management of the Sales Department;
• Training and monitoring of compliance with company procedures by employees of the Sales Department;
• Sales support by employees;
• Participation in building motivation for employees of the Sales Department and monitoring the performance of indicators;
• Control of accounting and making transactions in CRM, reporting on them;
• Work with the existing and potential partner base;
• Analysis of purchases of partners and ensuring a greater share of purchases in MUK;
• Consulting partners in projects;
• Participation in planning and monitoring the implementation of established indicators by the Sales Department;
• Monitoring of competitors (distributors, vendors);
• Generation of guaranteed paid turnover and margin;
• Control over the turnover of a conventional warehouse within the normal range;
• Transactions making;
• Holding meetings and negotiations;
• Cooperation with the staff of local and central offices;
• Preparation of analytical information;
• Participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events.
