Requirements:
• higher education (technical);
• 2+ years of work experience;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian or Romanian - fluent, English - Intermediate and higher;
• Knowledge of the standard package of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in 1C would be an asset;
• good communicative skills;
• ability to work individually or within a team;
Responsibilities:
• Support for IBM hardware and software on the basis of IBM instructions for remote support;
• Determination of the problem using IBM remote support or without it;
• Appropriate replacement and processing of IBM spare parts necessary to perform repair actions based on the instructions of IBM remote support;
• Installation of IBM equipment as necessary;
• Maintaining technical knowledge about IBM HW and SW (microcodes, operating systems, etc.) at the proper level at the request of IBM;
• Act as a key coordinator for solving the technical problems of customers associated with IBM HW and SW (microcodes, operating systems, etc.).
