Requirements:

• Higher technical education in the field of information technology;
• 2+ years of work experience in a similar position;
• Competent oral and written speech (English, Russian);
• Knowledge of network technologies market;
• Strong knowledge of network technologies at the level of operation and maintenance;
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks equipment and/or competitive security solutions from Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Juniper;
• Experience in holding presentations, negotiations, persuasive argumentation skills and knowledge of the competitive advantages of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions;
• Knowledge of OS UNIX platforms (Linux/Solaris/FreeBSD) at the administrator level;
• Strong knowledge of firewall functionality of NGFW, VPN Access, Mobile access, Capsule VPN/Workspace, IPS, URL-filtering, App control, DNS Security, Smart Event, Multi domain management, SandBlast, Endpoint Security Сenter;
• Readiness for long-term cooperation with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Interaction and communication with the vendor's and partner’s engineers;
• Maintaining network projects and preparing proposals for partners;
• Information and technical support of partners;
• Ability to remove technical specifications from the customer, understand the need at the current moment, considering the development of the customer in the future;
• Planning and control of training events for partners;
• Troubleshooting, interaction with the manufacturer's technical support;
• Minor and major updates of software versions on hardware and software gateways, configuration migration;
• Holding presentations and webinars for partners about the vendor's products;
• Assistance to representatives of other departments in the description of products, preparation of technical specifications, terms of delivery, etc.;
• Carrying out PoC (pilot testing) and consulting partners, customers;
• Permanent study of the vendor's products, training courses.
