Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably technical);
• Competent oral and written speech (Slovenian, English);
• 2+ years of work experience as a manager, deputy manager;
• Knowledge of IT products, knowledge of IT market;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Experience in presentations holding;
• Ability to find decision makers;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting;
• Basic knowledge in the field of administrative and fiscal legislation;
• Experience in recruitment of personnel;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), 1C.
Responsibilities:
• Control over the order in the organizational documents of the company (constituent documents, filling of statutory funds, contracts with managers);
• Development, accounting and maintenance of motivation and control of senior staff;
• Organization and control of annual audits;
• Control of compliance of business documentation with legislation;
• Control of the organization of processes associated with the main risks (access to the bank, organization of a warehouse, cash desk, video surveillance);
• Building a system of control and motivation of remote offices;
• Participation in recruitment process for remote offices;
• Participation in planning and organization of marketing activities;
• Search for new opportunities for the successful development of the Company in the market;
• Interaction with related departments: IT, HR, finance, logistics, etc.
