• Higher education;
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing);
• Native knowledge of Turkish language;
• Experience in an IT company (partner, distributor, or vendor);
• Experience in selling IT services and software to corporate clients;
• Knowledge of the Turkish IT market and partner ecosystem;
• Understanding of cloud service functionality, with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure);
• Experience working with cloud products and vendors; Microsoft certifications are a significant advantage;
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with multiple departments;
• Willingness to travel across Turkey.
Responsibilities:
• Promote Microsoft, Barracuda, and other cloud services from the MUK Cloud portfolio in Turkey;
• Achieve sales and profitability targets, expand the partner network, and ensure revenue growth;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local partners, as well as with representatives of Microsoft and other key cloud vendors;
• Support partners in sales processes, conduct presentations, demos, and trainings;
• Ensure effective communication with operational and technical departments to support business goals;
• Participate in marketing planning and execution of marketing activities in cooperation with the marketing team;
• Work with internal accounting systems, control partner payments, and minimize accounts receivable;
• Identify and engage new partners, strengthen cooperation with existing ones, and contribute to overall business development in Turkey;
• Prepare and provide periodic reports on sales results and partner activities;
