Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 3+ years of work experience;
• Knowledge of economic, administrative, tax and criminal law;
• Responsibility and competence;
• Ability to negotiate;
• Knowledge of foreign economic activity;
• Understanding of ways to minimize compliance risks.

Responsibilities:
• Proofreading and maintenance of contracts with clients and suppliers;
• Work with regulatory authorities;
• Support of economic disputes in courts;
• Monitoring of legislation, formation of proposals for improvement of existing business processes in the company;
• Legal advice at the request of the company's services.
