Requirements:

• Higher education (technical);
• Knowledge of English - reading, speaking, writing;
• Experience working in an IT company (partner, distributor, or IT vendor);
• Skills in technical support of IT services and software for corporate clients;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Experience with corporate portals and marketplaces, online vendor tools;
• Experience in creating web pages or web applications will be an additional advantage;
• Knowledge and ability to work with ERP/accounting systems, billing;
• Understanding the functionality and features of cloud services;
• Experience with cloud services.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of the online platform (marketplace), including product catalogs, price lists, end customer and partner directories, notifications, reports, registration forms and order forms;
• Providing consultations to partners and employees of the MUK company regarding the functionality of the online platform, holding presentations and demonstrations of the capabilities of the b2bcloud online platform;
• Communication with the developers of the online platform regarding the resolution of service requests and the addition of new functionality;
• Adding new countries, vendors and functionality to the online platform, including the involvement of the development team and the IT department;
• Solving problems of integrating the online platform with other services and the company's system together with the IT department;
• Studying the product lines of vendors in the product portfolio of the online platform. Studying the onboarding procedures of partners in the vendors' systems;
• Providing consultations to partners on the onboarding processes, licensing and placing orders through the online platform;
• Marketing planning: participation in the preparation of a plan of marketing activities to promote the online platform and their implementation;
• Formation of billing reports and reports on implementation through the online platform;
• Training and certification according to the approved plan;
• Carrying out management tasks related to the online platform and partner onboarding.
