• Higher education (technical or economic); • 1+ year of work experience; • Proficiency in English - intermediate level; • Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, 1C software at the level of a confident user; • Good communication skills; • Willingness to work toward a result, quickly overcome obstacles and achieve goals; • Experience in B2B sales would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
• Collection and control of document flow for Cisco partner supplies, interaction with partners on closing supply contracts; • Interaction with representatives of the vendor on the provision of official letters for partners for customs clearance; • Controlling the opening of cases in the vendor's system to manage the start dates of licenses and services, as well as to resolve problematic issues; • Interaction with the logistics service and support of open cases; • Assistance in accounting and logistics in determining the type of products supplied; • Control of terms of shipment of goods from production in the vendor's system; • Tracking the delivery of orders from the point of transfer of goods by the vendor to the transfer to the partner; • Operational tasks in 1C, including control of actual shipments of goods, analysis of payments from partners; • Preparing and passing exams required to obtain Cisco distributor accreditations; • Analysis of payments from partners in the 1C system.
