Requirements:
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of languages - Georgian, Russian, English;
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Experience in technical support, solving technical problems in equipment settings;
• Experience in writing technical descriptions, specifications;
• Experience in designing, maintaining and implementing corporate equipment of diverse complexity;
• Presentation skills to partners or customers;
• Availability of certificates from various vendors will be an advantage;
• Experience with corporate solutions from different vendors Dell EMC, HP, Fujitsu, Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, IBM.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining current projects and working with new ones;
• Joint work with the vendor to promote the direction in the region;
• Processing of technical tasks for partners and development of projects of diverse complexity;
• Mentorship at Dell EMC MUK school, conducting training;
• Conducting testing and demonstrations for partners and customers, as well as building pilot projects;
• Participation in company and vendor events, training of partners and customers;
• Passing certification to support statuses.
