• Higher education;
• English language proficiency – B2/C1;
• 5+ years of work experience in logistics or order processing;
• Knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of international trade;
• Knowledge of international freight document flow;
• Ability to manage multiple issues and switch between different tasks;
• Ability to work with websites and email correspondence with minimal verbal communication;
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Responsibilities:
• Placing orders with manufacturers;
• Monitoring orders at all stages of production and delivery;
• Interacting with manufacturers to expedite/coordinate shipment deadlines;
• Maintaining a database of orders and their statuses;
• Handling claims with manufacturers and resolving disputes;
• Processing and monitoring payments to manufacturers;
• Preparing reports for manufacturers.
