Financial Accounting Specialist

Requirements:

• Higher education (in finance, economics, accounting, auditing);
• Experience as an accountant, assistant auditor, deputy chief accountant, accounting department specialist, or financial controller;
• Experience with 1C:8 or similar products;
• Confident MS Office user;
• Experience preparing financial statements;
• Upper-intermediate English skills;
• Experience working with non-residents (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting (national standards, IFRS), tax, and financial accounting;
• Ability to prepare and read financial statements in accordance with national standards and IFRS in the trade and services sector;
• Ability to classify business transactions for accounting purposes;
• Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounting records for non-resident companies;
• Processing primary documentation, entering data into the accounting system;
• Monitoring the deadlines and accuracy of financial reporting;
• Detecting and localizing errors in the accounting system;
• Interacting with auditors – preparing documents and reports for the annual audit;
• Participating in the preparation of the management reporting package.
