Requirements:
• University degree;
• Minimum 1 year of working at similar position;
• Highly organized and able to work independently and ready to multitasks;
• Good knowledge of English, Slovenian (at least B2 level);
• Experienced PC user;
• Friendly and positive-thinking person.
Responsibilities:
• Providing a smooth running of an office on a daily basis;
• Provide office support and employees admin assistance;
• Procurement of office supplies, kitchenware, tea & coffee, etc.;
• Arrange business trips;
• Close cooperation and support of the HR team in events organized at the office;
• Maintain the admin procedures.
