Requirements:
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of languages - Azerbaijani, Russian, English;
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position;
• Experience in technical support, solving technical problems in setting up equipment;
• Experience in writing technical descriptions, specifications;
• Experience in design, maintenance and implementation of corporate equipment of varying complexity;
• Skills for holding presentations to partners or customers;
• Availability of certificates from various vendors will be an advantage;
• Experience in working with corporate solutions of different vendors Dell EMC, HP, Fujitsu, Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, IBM.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain current projects and work with new ones;
• Work with the vendor to promote the direction in the region;
• Process technical specifications for partners and develop projects of varying complexity;
• Mentorship in Dell EMC MUK school, conduct training;
• Conduct testing and presentations for partners and customers, as well as develop pilot projects;
• Participate in company and vendor events, train partners and customers;
• Pass certification to support statuses
