• Higher education in a technical field;
• 2+ years of professional experience in the IT market or related sectors;
• Language skills: English (intermediate level);
• Understanding of security system architecture and design principles (video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm systems);
• Knowledge of the security and video surveillance systems market;
• Ability to work with technical documentation;
• Experience working with security and video surveillance systems;
• Experience with network equipment and knowledge of network protocols;
• Negotiation skills and articulate technical communication.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting SOWs;
• Calculating and compiling specifications;
• Testing equipment;
• Providing troubleshooting advice and guidance on equipment selection;
• Participating in the development of project solutions and SOWs;
• Pricing;
• Preparing reports;
• Managing warehouse operations and placing orders;
• Providing product line consultations;
• Advising partners during the implementation phase and assisting in the preparation of demonstrations for partners and clients;
• Participating in organizing marketing events.
