Requirements:

• Higher education in law;
• Language skills: Fluent English; Russian is an asset;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience working in commercial companies;
• In-depth knowledge of EU legislation;
• Knowledge of Turkish and UAE legislation is an asset;
• Experience in debt collection;
• Experience with contracts and foreign economic activity (FEA);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Willingness to commit to long-term cooperation with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive legal support for MUK’s trade representative offices in Europe, Turkey, the UAE, and Cyprus;
• Contract management (drafting new contract templates, reviewing contracts, addressing counterparty comments, supervising sales managers during contract execution);
• Counterparty due diligence (verifying corporate legal status and signatory authority);
• Accounts receivable management (preparing formal claims, handling debt recovery litigation);
• Liaising with regulatory and law enforcement authorities (responding to inquiries, providing legal support during inspections);
• General legal work (legal support for employment matters, monitoring local legislative changes, providing legal advice on emerging issues, etc.).
