• Higher education (technical);
• 5+ years of experience in IT (distribution or integration required);
• Language skills: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate;
• Understanding and positioning of IP telephony and network equipment products and product lines in the markets (IP phones, IP PBX, Wi-Fi, switches);
• Sales experience in distribution or integration of VoIP equipment from one of the manufacturers is a plus (Grandstream, Yealink, Cisco, Siemens, Panasonic, Yeastar, Fanvil, Dinstar, TP-link);
• Understanding and positioning of headsets and videoconferencing systems in the market from one of the manufacturers (Jabra, Plantronics, Sennheiser, Logitech);
• Understanding of the distribution model;
• Understanding of how project-based and boxed businesses operate;
• Experience in personnel management.
Responsibilities:
• Working with existing and new partners (Kazakhstan);
• Working with partners and customers in Armenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan;
• Recruiting and integrating newly hired brand managers and engineers;
• Conducting presentations to partners and customers, launching marketing activities;
• Achieving sales plans;
• Monitoring and analyzing warehouse inventory;
• Pricing and pricing policy in markets;
• Consulting partners on projects in inter-business countries;
• Monitoring and controlling competitors;
• Collaborating with branch (Inter-Business) and head office staff;
• Preparing technical solutions for projects and tender procedures;
• Preparing technical documentation for equipment for certification;
• Handling service and warranty requests in collaboration with the service center;
• Preparing price lists in collaboration with the department head and VM;
• Placing external orders;
• Mandatory sales and procurement planning for 3 months/6 months/12 months (with subsequent adjustments);
• Creating sales promotion programs.
