• Higher education (accounting/auditing/finance/economics);
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant;
• Language skills: Russian – fluent;
• Practical experience in accounting for sales of goods and services;
• Experience with primary documentation;
• Experience with electronic invoices;
• Basic knowledge of tax legislation;
• Experience in trading/distribution companies is an advantage;
• Proficiency in 1C, Excel;
Responsibilities:
• Accounting for assigned areas, focusing on sales of goods and services;
• Recording sales in accounting, issuing electronic invoices, monitoring the accuracy of revenue reporting and the compliance of primary documents with contract terms;
• Preparing certificates of completion and other closing documents, monitoring their availability and accuracy;
• Conducting reconciliations with customers, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
• Recording returns, sales adjustments (discounts, credit notes), and indexing the cost of goods and services in accounting, monitoring the accuracy of settlements in accordance with contract terms;
• Carrying out assignments from the Chief Accountant within accounting and reporting.
