Accountant (bank and payroll)

Requirements:

• Higher education (accounting / auditing / finance / economics);
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent;
• Practical experience with bank operations and calculations;
• Experience in payroll and tax calculation;
• Knowledge of payroll taxes;
• Experience in preparing payroll reports (form 200.00);
• Basic knowledge of tax legislation;
• Proficiency in 1C, Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Loading of bank statements in 1C, disaggregation of payments, preparation and control of payment proxies;
• Reflection of settlements with suppliers, preparation of data for payments, control of the correctness of mutual settlements;
• Calculation of wages, calculation of taxes and mandatory deductions, preparation and submission of reports (form 200.00);
• Keeping records of currency operations, interaction with banks on currency control issues, preparation and submission of reports to the National Bank;
• Carrying out assignments from the Chief Accountant within accounting and settlements.

• Attention to details;
• Strong organizational skills.
