• Higher education (technical);
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position;
• Practical experience with servers and data storage systems of at least one of the world's leading brands (Dell, EMC, IBM, NetApp, Lenovo, HPE, Oracle, etc.);
• Experience and skills in servicing servers and data storage systems of at least one of the world's leading brands (Dell, EMC, IBM, NetApp, Lenovo, HPE, Oracle, etc.);
• Experience and skills in servicing and repairing client equipment: PCs, laptops, peripheral equipment and office equipment of at least one of the world's leading brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, etc.);
• Knowledge of network principles;
• General IT literacy.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnostics of malfunctions of server and client equipment;
• Performance of warranty / non-warranty service;
• Selection and ordering of spare parts;
• Accounting for repairs in the accounting system and Internet resources of hardware and software manufacturers;
• Interaction with partners, clients and vendors on service issues;
• Technical consulting for partners and clients;
• Pre-sales preparation of service offerings, as well as support for commercial departments on these activities;
• Preparation of technical documentation: instructions, technical descriptions, reports.
