• Higher education;
• English – intermediate level.;
• 3+ years of experience in logistics;
• Practical experience of organizing supplies from all over the world (Europe, the USA, Asia) to the countries of Central Asia;
• Experience in preparing reports for vendors;
• Experience in obtaining and verifying permit documentation, including: notifications of the NSC of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for equipment with cryptography / encryption), certificates and declarations of compliance (EAEU / TR TC);
• Experience of interaction with customs brokers, certification bodies and state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Experience in drawing up and controlling a full package of documents: invoice, packing list, CMR / AWB, export declarations;
• Control of delivery timelines, coordination of service and urgent (RMA, spare parts) shipments.
Responsibilities:
• Organization and support of international service deliveries of computer and IT equipment from all over the world (Europe, USA, Asia) to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan;
• Full control of the supply chain: from request and shipment from the supplier to delivery to the final recipient;
• Preparation, verification and control of the correctness of accompanying and transport documents;
• Organization and control of the customs clearance process, interaction with customs brokers;
• Ensuring the receipt and verification of permit documentation for the import of computer equipment in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Monitoring of delivery terms, prompt resolution of arising logistical and customs issues;
• Interaction with suppliers, carriers, forwarders, brokers and internal departments;
• Control of logistics costs, participation in optimization of routes and cost of transportation;
• Reporting on deliveries, statuses and customs clearance.
