• Higher education;
• Language skills: fluent Russian and Uzbek, intermediate English. Correct oral and written speech.
• 5+ years of work experience; Experience in contract management;
• Knowledge and understanding of IT distribution market in Uzbekistan;
• Understanding of business processes in sales;
• Direct participation in projects/sales from $1k;
• Experience in holding presentations to TOP customers or partners;
• Experience in a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
• Development of existing partners, attraction of potential partners;
• Increase in sales;
• Implementation of the sales plan;
• Promotion of products from MUK portfolio and conclusion of deals;
• Providing equipment for testing and consulting partners in pilot projects;
• Communication with responsible employees of the partner or customer in the direction of the project;
• Accounting and management of transactions in CRM, reporting on them;
• Participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events.
• Monitoring of competitors;
• Collaboration with local office staff
• Tutoring, mentoring.
