• Higher education;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate;
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (IT services/software sales preferred);
• Understanding of corporate sales and long-term sales cycles;
• Negotiation skills with corporate clients;
• Ability to handle objections and argue the value of a solution;
• Experience with commercial proposals and contracts;
• Experience participating in tenders;
• MS Office skills;
• Social media skills (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.);
• 1C skills (preferred);
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
Responsibilities:
• Search for and attract corporate clients (B2B);
• Working with existing partners and customers;
• Selling authorized IT training and certifications;
• Working with HR, L&D, IT managers, and department heads;
• Preparing and defending commercial proposals;
• Participating in tenders and competitive procedures;
• Developing long-term relationships with clients;
• Working with CRM and sales funnel reporting;
• Competitor monitoring;
• Consulting clients on IT training.
