New Vendor Development Manager in the Film and Fashion Industry

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably technical or economic);
• Language skills: English – conversational level;
• Experience in distribution: IT, AV, Broadcast, Pro Video, or related segments;
• Practical experience as a BDM/Channel Manager developing new vendors from scratch;
• Understanding of the operating principles of professional film, video, and lighting equipment manufacturers, as well as distribution models;
• In-depth knowledge of the partner landscape in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the CIS;
• A successful portfolio of launched or developed vendors;
• Ability to negotiate with international manufacturers and develop joint GTM strategies;
• Understanding of segments: production studios, film studios, TV companies, equipment rental houses, photo and video venues.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously search for and attract new vendors to the company's portfolio, especially in the film and fashion industries (KZ/UZ);
• Categorize new vendors, prepare launch plans, determine priorities, conduct pilots, and decide on inclusion/exclusion from the portfolio;
• Develop and implement vendor plans within the area of responsibility;
• Launch and promote solutions from key vendors in the region:
Teradek, Aputure, Blackmagic Design / DaVinci Panels, DZOFILM, Tilta, Mo-Sys, etc.;
• Build relationships with local production studios, TV channels, equipment rental houses, and creative venues;
• Conducting presentations, promoting solutions, providing pre-sales support to partners, and interacting with vendor engineering teams;
• Developing forecasts, commercial proposals, and marketing initiatives across product areas.
