• Higher education (technical); • 3+ years of work experience in the IT field; • Knowledge of languages: Russian - intermediate; English - intermediate; • Understanding and positioning of products and product lines of IP telephony equipment and network equipment in the markets (IP phones, IP PBX, WI-FI, switches); • Experience in sales in distribution or integration of VoIP equipment from one of the manufacturers would be an asset (Grandstream, Yealink, Cisco, Siemens, Panasonic, Yeastar, Fanvil, Dinstar, TP-link); • Understanding and positioning on the market of headsets and videoconferencing systems from one of the manufacturers (Jabra, Plantronics, Sennheiser, Logitech); • Understanding of the distribution model (vendor/distributor/partner/customer relationships); • Negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
• Working with existing and new partners in Kazakhstan; • Searching for new partner companies; • Holding presentations to partners and customers, launching marketing activities; • Fulfilling sales plans; • Monitoring and analyzing warehouse filling; • Pricing and pricing policy on the market; • Monitoring and controlling competitors; • Preparing technical solutions in projects and tender procedures; • Preparing technical documentation on equipment for certification; • Processing service and warranty requests jointly with the service center; • Preparing price lists jointly with the head of the department; • Placing external orders; • Mandatory sales and procurement planning for 3 months/6 months/12 months (with subsequent adjustment); • Creating sales promotion programs; • Preparing reports for vendors.
