Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 2+ years of experience in the IT market of Kazakhstan;
• Proficiency in English and Russian – Upper-Intermediate;
• Experience working with Oracle solutions;
• Understanding and knowledge of Software technologies (databases, etc.), hardware, and cloud solutions;
• Pre-sales experience, including holding presentations, conducting demonstrations, training, and handling objections;
• Strong analytical skills, ability to collect and analyze data on products, competitors, and market trends, as well as the ability to make decisions based on this data;
• Willingness to learn, develop skills, and work independently while solving tasks and addressing challenges;
• Readiness for long-term cooperation with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in project generation and providing technical support to develop Oracle product and solution sales, both independently and in collaboration with partners;
• Conducting presentations and webinars for partners on vendor products;
• Participating in the development of business plans and growth strategies for customers in the technology sector;
• Performing market and competitor analysis for Oracle products and solutions, as well as identifying potential customers;
• Communicating with technical specialists of the vendor, partners, and customers;
• Consulting partners on tools for working with Oracle;
• Supporting and developing existing Oracle partners and attracting new ones;
• Reporting and participating in regular meetings with the vendor on project statuses and sales results;
• Monitoring and constantly updating the sales pipeline;
• Working on demand generation and enhancing Oracle’s brand recognition in the Kazakhstan market. Assisting in the preparation and participation in marketing activities, as well as preparing and holding presentations.
