• Higher education (technical); • Knowledge of English – Upper-Intermediate; • Experience working in IT distributor or partner company; • Experience in managing large international teams (40+ people) across different countries; • Understanding the specifics of the cloud business and experience working with Oracle; • Deep knowledge of the CIS and Eastern European markets, understanding its dynamics and features; • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans adapted to different markets and regions; • Skills in conducting quarterly business reviews (QBR) and analyzing performance indicators (both for management and vendors); • Ability to build partnerships at the C-level with representatives of vendors and partners; • Understanding of the partner ecosystem of cloud solutions, knowledge of key players and sales channels in the CIS and Eastern Europe; • Skills in developing and managing effective motivation programs for teams; • Ability to maintain high engagement and productivity of teams working remotely; • Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting Oracle products and cloud solutions; • Experience in project management, especially those related to the development of new business areas; • Ability to evaluate financial performance of a business; • Skills in managing accounts receivable and minimizing financial risks; • Knowledge of the specifics of working with large clients, negotiation and sales skills; • Skills in operational planning, goal setting and task execution control; • Readiness for frequent business trips to Europe and the CIS to meet with key partners and vendors; • Ability to effectively resolve emerging conflicts and find compromises in the interests of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Managing operational processes and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks in a distributed team; • Overseeing the strategic development of the Oracle direction and cloud vendors in the region; • Identifying and implementing opportunities to expand the customer base and attract new partners; • Developing and conducting QBRs (quarterly reviews) to assess and optimize business performance; • Managing relationships with key partners and vendors, participating in negotiations at the management level; • Preparing and presenting business plans and reports to management; • Conducting regular meetings with teams to analyze current tasks and plan; • Monitoring the fulfillment of financial obligations and monitoring accounts receivable; • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and the company's products together with the Marketing Department; • Initiating and coordinating employee training and professional development activities; • Drawing up proposals to optimize work and improve the efficiency of business processes; • Assisting teams in resolving difficult situations and providing the necessary resources; • Organizing meetings with partners and vendor representatives to strengthen business ties; • Negotiating strategic contracts, monitoring the fulfillment of transaction terms; • Ensuring timely implementation of projects and development plans in key areas; • Developing and implementing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of teams and fulfilling plans; • Fulfilling management tasks.
