Product manager for Palo Alto Networks, Astana

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical);
• 2+ years of work experience;
• Knowledge of languages: Kazakh – native, English – Intermediate, Russian – Upper Intermediate;
• Experience working with or selling Cybersecurity products (Next Generation Firewall, and/or End Point Protection, SIEM, WAF, network equipment);
• Understanding of current trends in the information security market, such as Zero Trust Security, End Point Security, IoT, Cloud Security technologies, etc.;
• Knowledge of partners (integrators) and customers in the market of Kazakhstan;
• Experience of participating in the preparation of tenders and competitions for the supply of network equipment;
• Skills of analytical work, data collection and analysis;
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate work with other departments of the company, such as marketing, sales, technical support departments, etc.;
• Willingness to learn new things and develop your own skills;
• Experience in holding presentations, organizing meetings with the customer, participating in negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthening the vendor in partnership solutions for customers, increasing the distribution share and increasing sales of equipment of the assigned vendor;
• Participation in the formation of sales and marketing strategy for Palo Alto Networks products;
• Data analysis and sales reporting, evaluation of the effectiveness of current marketing activities;
• Implementation of the sales plan and set KPIs;
• Pipeline increasing and regular updates with details on current projects to the head of the department and the vendor;
• Development and structuring of the partner network;
• Assistance to partners in the selection of equipment, cost calculation and preparation of commercial proposals;
• Organization and holding of meetings with potential clients (customers);
• Assistance to partners in selecting the optimal solution for the customer's technical task, taking into account future development plans;
• Monitoring of competitors;
• Studying and working with the vendor's partner programs;
• Joint creation of product presentations with the vendor and informational materials for partners and clients;
• Maintaining communication and interaction with other departments, including technical department, to ensure high-quality service to clients and partners;
• Organization and holding of training events for partners and clients on Palo Alto Networks products.
• Completion of training courses on the vendor's resources.
