Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 1+ year of work experience;
• Competent oral and written communication (Georgian, English, Russian);
• Experience in preparing presentations;
• Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft, 1C);
• Experience in the field of social services (would be an asset).

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and control of document flow with partners;
• Work with 1C;
• Communication with partners, support of the information space for partners;
• Ensuring the sales process (receiving applications, issuing, checking documents, monitoring the delivery process);
• Work in accounting programs (1C, CRM);
• Participation in the preparation of warehouse requests;
• Interaction between departments;
• Training in new products and manufacturer trends;
• Reporting to the immediate Head of the Sales Department in due time.
