• Higher education; • Sales skills; • Ability to conduct complex negotiations; • Analytical thinking; • Project management skills; • Knowledge of sales management tools: Pipline, Penetration Matrix, Forecast, Business Plan, CRM skills; • 3+ years of work experience in IT market (preferably experience in IT consulting, IT training); • Knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure building, virtualization, information security, ITIL, ITSM would be an asset; • Confident user of MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.; • Knowledge of CRM-systems (SalesForce, NetSuite, Zibel, MS Dynamics, etc.) would be an asset; • Fluency in Russian, competent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
• Work with clients (meetings, telephone conversations, mailings); • Search for clients in Kazakhstan; • Сlients consultations; • Preparation and participation in corporate tenders; • Conclusion of contracts with contractors; • Preparation of primary accounting documents; • Enrollment control and group formation; • Organization and control of the educational process; • Work with product departments of the company, holding joint events; • Participation in marketing activities of the trade office, which are held in Kazakhstan;
