Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience in managing a product department, sales department or other department for at least 2 years;
• Experience with Microsoft vendor (experience with AWS +);
• Managerial qualities;
• Ability to plan;
• Knowledge of key stages of business development;
• Experience in formation of effective departments;
• Good knowledge of the theory and sales cycle;
• Readiness for long-term cooperation with the company.


Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans of the department. Share, turnover and margin plans. Establishing long-term goals for the cloud direction;
• Strategy, planning for the development of the cloud direction, coordination, operational work of the department in order to fulfill the sales plan;
• Planning and organizing the activities of subordinate employees, planning and evaluating their motivation. Rational distribution of duties and loads between them;
• Preparation and participation in quarterly reports for vendors and company management;
• Establishment of close and long-term relationships with representatives of vendors and partners;
• Building and developing efficient teams of cloud solution vendors (Microsoft, AWS);
• Resolution of operational issues related to the work of the department;
• Representation of the company's interests in relations with clients / partners / representative offices.
