Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• 3+ years of work experience;
• Knowledge of languages: English – intermediate (reading, watching webinars, business correspondence); Russian – intermediate;
• General knowledge of Wi-Fi, Security, Routing & Switching, Collaboration, Data Center (incl.Videoconferencing) technologies and orientation in solution designs;
• Knowledge of the Cisco product portfolio and the local IT market;
• Knowledge of the product portfolio of other competitive vendors would be an asset;
• Personal contact with Cisco partners would be an asset;
• Good communication skills, ability to present/defend a solution in a high-quality manner;
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel software at the level of a confident user.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation of a comprehensive business plan for the development of sales of MUK in Uzbekistan, participation in the development of marketing and action plans, achieving vendor KPIs;
• Drawing up specifications/commercial proposals, calculating pricing and managing projects for Cisco or vendors complementing Cisco solutions;
• Building effective interaction with the sales team to increase Cisco sales;
• Work with the sales funnel, project management and fulfillment of company sales plans for Cisco products;
• Interaction with Logistics, Financial Department, Accounting and Sales Department to agree on the scheme and terms of delivery of goods, search for optimal options;
• Negotiating with the manufacturer's Representative Offices, obtaining input conditions;
• Development of trusting relationships with manufacturer representatives;
• Interaction with the Cisco Channel team and synchronization on key issues;
• Interaction with the Cisco Representative Office, Sales and Marketing Department to promote certain product categories and fulfill vendor targets;
• Increasing the loyalty of existing partners, identifying promising partners, helping them register/renew their status and developing joint business with them, building partnerships;
• High-quality development of the MUK and Cisco partner channel, increasing the share of joint business in the target group of partners;
• Informing partners about promotions of MUK, demo/warehouse in stock and other advantages, constantly updating this information and providing assistance when questions arise;
• Assisting partners in positioning and selling Cisco solutions in a competitive environment;
• Pre-sale support for partners with the involvement of engineering resources if necessary;
• Interaction with regional offices of the company;
• Passing the necessary exams to obtain Cisco accreditations;
• Interaction with the Marketing Department on planning and implementation of marketing plans;
• Post-event management, analysis and identification of the needs of potential clients, conducting analytics and surveys (together with the Marketing Department);
• Preparing and holding business presentations for Cisco partners;
• Operational support of transactions in internal automated systems and vendor systems;
• Maintaining a partner database.
