• Higher education; • 3+ years of work experience in a similar position; • Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent; Uzbek – conversational, English – intermediate level or above; • Excellent knowledge of sales theory; • Knowledge of IT market, technologies and alternatives; • Established contacts in the industry and/or own client base; • Knowledge of PC, office programs and 1C; • Active sales skills; • Skills in drawing up basic commercial documents (contracts, invoices, transfer and acceptance acts, bills of delivery, etc.), knowledge of the conditions.
Responsibilities:
• Development of existing partners, attraction of potential partners; • Increase in sales; • Fulfillment of the sales plan; • Promotion of products from the MUK portfolio and conclusion of transactions; • Issuing equipment for testing and consulting partners in pilot projects; • Communication with responsible employees of the partner or customer; • Accounting and conducting transactions in CRM, reporting on them; • Participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events; • Cooperation with local office staff; • Participation in planning and organizing marketing activities; • Business development in the designated segment; • Monitoring market conditions and participating in the formation of local strategy; • Searching for new opportunities for the successful development of the Company in the market; • Monitoring and analysis of the market, Analysis of the state and trends of changes in customer demand, study of the needs of customers (clients/partners); • Transaction support; • Document management and reporting.
