• Higher Education; • 5+ years of work experience in logistics or order processing; • Level of English (Intermediate and above); • Knowledge of the rules of purchase/sale under foreign economic contracts; • Ability to work with suppliers from the EU\USA; • Ability to organize work with suppliers; • Knowledge of document flow of international transportation of goods; • Ability to control multiple issues and switch to different tasks; • Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Responsibilities:
• Work with suppliers at all stages of logistics; • Setting up the process of working with new suppliers; • Placement of orders with manufacturers; • Control of orders at all stages of production and delivery; • Interaction with manufacturers to speed up / agree on shipment terms; • Maintaining a database of orders and their statuses; • Claim work with manufacturers, resolution of disputes; • Processing and control of payments to manufacturers; • Preparation of reports for manufacturers.
