Requirements:
• Higher technical education;
• 1+ year of work experience;
• Experience in sales development or brand promotion;
• Knowledge of IT market or engineering market of Ukraine;
• Team management experience;
• Knowledge of Autodesk products or other related product;
• Experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infraworks, BIM 360 (at least one of them).
Responsibilities:
• Fulfillment of sales plan;
• Proactive actions to achieve set business goals in the area;
• Promotion of vendor solutions;
• Team and sales management;
• Preparing and holding presentations at events;
• Pre-sales support for partners with the involvement of the vendor’s engineering resources if necessary;
• Analysis of competing solutions in the local market and search for opportunities to increase vendor sales volumes in the area of responsibility of the group of MUK companies;
• Establishing contact at the level of engineers/presales/product managers with all active partners in the country, participation in meetings together with representatives of local teams;
• Assisting partners in positioning and selling vendor solutions in their area of responsibility in a competitive environment;
• Establishing contact with representatives of the vendor’s product vertical;
• Increasing the loyalty of existing partners, helping them organize pilots for the customer and preparing justification for choosing vendor solutions in their area of responsibility when competing with other vendors;
• Participation in planning marketing activities aimed at market development, interaction with the representatives of vendors in the area of responsibility, with sales department, product managers.
