Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 3+ years of work experience (in the position of: Head of Department/Project Manager at the Integrator/Distributor/Vendor company);
• Experience in team management;
• Experience in promoting a brand in the market. Development of marketing campaigns and promotional programs;
• Experience in forming a partner (customer) network;
• Negotiation skills;
• Presentation skills;
• Strong inter-personal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Development of the design and distribution direction of DELL Technologies;
• Setting goals and sales plans for the reporting period;
• Implementation of the sales plan for DELL Technologies;
• Control, analysis of the warehouse and development of warehouse distribution;
• Monitoring the work of department employees, control of assigned tasks and plans;
• Distribution of tasks within the department;
• Work with key projects and partners;
• Development of relationships with partners and representatives of the Vendor;
• Forming a partner network, attracting new partners;
• Development of product promotion programs, training and events for partners/customers;
• Maintaining analytical data on competitors;
• Development of marketing plans;
• Market and industry research, development trend analysis, competition analysis.
